Shipping Policy
At Origin Motorsports, we do our best to ship out orders fast so you can receive them fast. All orders with completed payment and placed before 2:00 pm PST will be shipped on the same business days, excluding national holidays and weekends.
Free Shipping
We proudly offer free shipping orders purchased within the 48 US continental States, excluding PO Box, Military APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Guam. See our Return Policy for more details.
Delivery Status
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for the carrier system to update the tracking status.
Total delivery time including the processing time and shipping time is approximately 3 to 10 business days. If your item does not arrive within the time frame, feel free to contact us so we can resolve the issue right away.
Express Shipping Option
Expedited UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select shipping is available to US customers. Express shipping will require additional fees; please see shipping cost at checkout. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer express shipping on international orders.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Please inspect items immediately when received. Read conditions below carefully before inquiring about returns and exchanges.
Returns:
- All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. The restocking fee covers the cost of our order processing and restocking process. If you wish to retain store credit, the restocking fee may be waived. Please inquire for details.
- Items you wish to return MUST be approved prior to your return. Contact us for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and specify your reason for return. All return inquiries must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Approved Returns MUST be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your RMA#.
- Returned items must be in brand new condition in original packaging.
- Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
- No returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on special order items.
- Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. Approved refunds are issued within 2-3 days.
Exchanges:
- Please contact us if inquiring about an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to second shipping charges unless there was a mistake made on the order. If a mistake was made by Origin Motorsports, we will provide a return shipping label for you to use to make the exchange as seamless as possible.
